Description

The solid Teppanyaki plate made of 8 mm stainless steel is used above the cast burner of the KOQOON grill. It fits perfectly into the KOQOON frame we developed and, with a thickness of 8 mm and a weight of 7.5 kg, stores heat particularly well. The KOQOON Teppanyaki plate offers a variety of options for cooking and grilling. You can use it to prepare almost anything: vegetables, meat, fish, fried potatoes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburgers and much more. You can safely work on the surface with spatulas and other cooking tools.

Frame for KOQOON Teppanyaki plate:

Our specially developed frame serves as a holder for the KOQOON pizza stone and the KOQOON teppanyaki plate. This frame makes insertion and removal easier.

The two associated frame handles make handling easier. Alternatively, you can use a pizza stone or teppanyaki to lift the frame out of the grill without burning yourself.

The base support ensures that the pizza stone and teppanyaki plate rest perfectly on the grill's temperature sensors and so the automatic temperature control works ideally. It also holds the pizza stone and teppanyaki plate firmly in place and allows air circulation in the grill. With the two corresponding handles, the frame can be easily inserted into or removed from the grill without the risk of burns.
