  • Does the KOQOON GQ4 require a power supply to operate?

    Yes. While the main energy source is gas, a power supply is required for the automatic control mechanisms, connectivity and lighting. Any standard household power socket is suitable for this.

  • What is the difference between the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection between the KOQOON app and the GQ4?

    The Bluetooth connection enables full control and monitoring of the GQ4 grill, including temperature settings, switching grill modes and using recipes. The Wi-Fi connection is used exclusively for monitoring and does not allow control.

  • Does the KOQOON GQ4 need to be within Wi-Fi range?

    No, the KOQOON GQ4 does not necessarily need to be within Wi-Fi range. Full control and monitoring of the grill are carried out via Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is only used for monitoring and is therefore not essential for operating the grill. However, if you want to keep an eye on temperatures over longer distances, a Wi-Fi connection is ideal.

  • Which gas cylinders can I use to operate the KOQOON GQ4?

    The KOQOON GQ4 runs on propane, the standard gas used for barbecues. The GQ4 gas cylinder holder is designed for both 5 kg and 11 kg cylinders, covering the most common standard sizes.

  • Is the app required to use the KOQOON GQ4?

    The KOQOON GQ4 is an excellent grill even without the app. However, certain features such as Guided Grilling support and the display of probe temperatures are limited to the app for ease of use.

  • Can I use the pizza stone and the teppanyaki plate without the universal base frame?

    The base frame ensures that the pizza stone and teppanyaki plate sit perfectly against the grill’s temperature sensors, allowing the automatic temperature control to function optimally. It also keeps the pizza stone and teppanyaki plate securely in place and enables proper air circulation within the grill. For this reason, we strongly advise against placing the teppanyaki plate and pizza stone on the grill without the frame.

  • Can I also order the KOQOON GQ4 by phone?

    The easiest and fastest way is to order directly via our online shop as the manufacturer. There you will find all relevant information and can conveniently enter and review your details. If you prefer, we are also happy to assist you by phone and guide you through the ordering process.

  • Can I also buy the grill in a store?

    We work with a network of selected partners. At and with them, you can experience the KOQOON GQ4. However, as we aim to stay as close as possible to our users, purchases are handled exclusively through our online shop.

  • Can I also place an order without a customer account?

    Yes, you can order as a guest without creating a customer account. However, the advantage of a customer account is that you can view, manage or cancel your details and orders at any time.

  • How does shipping work?

    The GQ4 is shipped as a single item delivery via our logistics partner SET Spedition & Logistik GmbH. After placing your order, our partner will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. On the day of delivery, the carrier will contact you briefly again shortly before arrival.

  • Do I need to assemble the KOQOON GQ4 myself?

    The KOQOON GQ4 is delivered to you pre-assembled. The only components you need to insert yourself are the drip trays, drip plates, zone separators, burners, flame shields and cooking grates. This takes less than 5 minutes and requires no tools. We pack these insert parts separately to reduce the weight of the grill until it is in place at your home.

  • Which countries does KOQOON deliver to?

    Currently, we deliver your orders to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. However, we are continuously expanding our delivery area so that we will also be shipping to additional countries in the future. We will keep you updated on our website.

  • How high are the shipping costs?

    Delivery is free of charge.

  • How long does delivery take?

    The delivery date is arranged individually with you by our logistics provider, depending on when you are available to receive the KOQOON GQ4. In general, delivery takes place within a few working days.

  • Can I have the parcel sent to a pick-up point?

    Due to the size of the package, the KOQOON GQ4 cannot be delivered to a pick-up point.

  • Can I return the KOQOON GQ4?

    If you change your mind within the first two weeks after receiving it or if the KOQOON GQ4 needs servicing, please contact our service team. They will go through the return or service options with you.

    We provide a 24-month warranty for the KOQOON GQ4 (from the date of receipt of the goods).
