1. When concluding a distance selling contract, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, about which KOQOON provides information below in accordance with the legal model. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are set out in section 2. A model withdrawal form can be found in section 3.
 
Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
 
Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

ou must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods. We also bear the risk of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is the result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made goods), or
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

3. KOQOON provides information on the model withdrawal form in accordance with statutory provisions as follows:

4. We kindly ask you to return goods that can be sent by parcel (accessories) in their original packaging. In the case of returns of goods that cannot be sent by parcel (grill), the customer will be contacted by the collecting freight carrier to arrange a collection date. The carrier will provide suitable transport packaging. Collection is carried out “kerbside”, meaning from the public kerb nearest to the delivery address.
